Fact! All the weight of the shutters is held by the wheels on the top track, the bottom track is just a guide and does not hold any of the weight at all. Therefore, we repair the wheels to allow the shutters to function properly.
- Lubricate all wheels
- Lubricate tracks
- Lubricate locks (push locks, t-locks, hook locks)
- Lubricate locking pins (rods)
- Lubricate thumbscrews (marine grease to avoid salt corrosion)
- Open/close shutters to make sure they function correctly

Repair Services
Shutters overtime become difficult to open/close due to lack of maintenance or the use of WD-40 (the worst spray to use on shutters). Sometimes shutters are not functioning correctly and we will need to replace some parts to get it in working condition.
- We will replace defective wheels, tracks, locks, locking pins, and thumbscrews
- Over the years of sun exposure and/or salt corrosion, the shutters' paint starts to peel off and looks hideous. We remove the old paint and re-paint the shutters with a marine based paint using a CAPSPRAY Turbine System, to leave a beautiful finish.

Electrical roll downs function with a motor installed inside the box and are operated by remote control or electrical wall switch.
